How long does it take to process refund?
Unused ticket takes two months from date of application thru accounts@alostoratravel.com Partially used ticket takes one to two months from date of application.
 
How can I claim my refund amount?
If you are in Kuwait, we can deliver your refund amount to your doorstep or deposit it to your account, just give us your bank details, or claim it personally from our office. If you are outside Kuwait, we can transfer it to your account just give us your bank details. thru accounts@alostoratravel.com We Process Refund through the same Credit Card.
 
Can I change or modify my booking online?
No, all modifications to be done thru our call center. Call us at +965 22 66 66 44 or email us at reservations@alostoratravel.com.
 
Can I make special requests for my reservation?
Yes, special requests such as seat (if airline provides) and meal can be done during booking.
 
Do I need to reconfirm my booking?
Yes, you have to reconfirm your booking at least 72 hours before departure to avoid cancellation.
 
How do I extend my hotel stay?
